Cancellation Policy

To reserve a date: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Cancellations: • 30+ days out: deposit retained • 15–29 days: 75% of fee due • 14 days or fewer: 100% of fee due Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule with 30+ days’ notice (must occur within 12 months). Travel: For in-person engagements, clients cover standard travel expenses. Same-day travel and red-eye flights are generally avoided. Due to my disability, travel accommodations should include at least economy plus. Recording & materials: Recording is not permitted without written approval. All materials remain the intellectual property of Heart Led Leadership and must be used with branding intact—logos may not be removed or altered. Accessibility: Accessibility matters. Please share accommodation needs in advance so we can create an inclusive, supportive experience.
