Service Description
This coaching engagement is designed for senior leaders navigating complex roles, organizational pressure, and the challenge of sustaining performance without sacrificing clarity, integrity, or well-being. Rather than focusing only on personal habits or productivity, this work examines leadership at both the individual and systems level—how decisions are made, how pressure moves through teams, and how leaders can create structures that allow both people and performance to thrive. Through a structured series of conversations and strategic reflection, we work together to strengthen four areas of leadership: Leadership Clarity Clarifying priorities, decision frameworks, and leadership philosophy so that you can lead with intention rather than constant reaction. Communication and Influence Strengthening executive presence, navigating difficult conversations, and communicating with clarity across teams, stakeholders, and leadership environments. Strategic Leadership Examining how your role fits within the larger system—how work is structured, where pressure accumulates, and how to design more sustainable approaches to performance. Sustainable Performance Building leadership practices that support endurance over time, including managing expectations, workload boundaries, and the invisible pressures often carried by senior leaders.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve a date: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Cancellations: • 30+ days out: deposit retained • 15–29 days: 75% of fee due • 14 days or fewer: 100% of fee due Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule with 30+ days’ notice (must occur within 12 months). Travel: For in-person engagements, clients cover standard travel expenses. Same-day travel and red-eye flights are generally avoided. Travel expectations include at least economy plus due to disability. Recording & materials: Recording is not permitted without written approval. All materials remain the intellectual property of Heart Led Leadership and must be used with branding intact—logos may not be removed or altered. Accessibility: Accessibility matters.
