Service Description
This is not about becoming softer. It’s about becoming more effective, without self-erasure. Heart-Led Leadership 1:1 coaching is for leaders who are capable, accomplished, and quietly exhausted from performing strength in outdated ways. It is private, strategic space to: Reclaim power without over-extension; Lead with empathy without losing authority; Build systems that don’t require burnout to function; Stop editing yourself to fit legacy leadership molds.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve a date: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Cancellations: • 30+ days out: deposit retained • 15–29 days: 75% of fee due • 14 days or fewer: 100% of fee due Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule with 30+ days’ notice (must occur within 12 months). Travel: For in-person engagements, clients cover standard travel expenses. Same-day travel and red-eye flights are generally avoided. Travel expectations include at least economy plus due to disability. Recording & materials: Recording is not permitted without written approval. All materials remain the intellectual property of Heart Led Leadership and must be used with branding intact—logos may not be removed or altered. Accessibility: Accessibility matters.
