Happy International Women's Day!

Hello everyone,

I'm excited to share a video of my talk at the Voices of Women Summit in honor of International Women's Day. 

The summit aimed for an incredible goal: a world record for the most women speaking in a single day. Although the official record wasn't set, something extraordinary happened. Over 221 women shared their voices, stories, and leadership in one day. I was proud to be among them. 

International Women's Day is both a celebration and a reminder. It celebrates the courage, leadership, and contributions of women across all fields. At the same time, it reminds us that the work is not done. Women worldwide still encounter structural barriers to leadership, recognition, and influence. This is why the work of Heart Led Leadership is so important to me. Heart Led Leadership isn't about lowering standards or reducing ambition. It's about building systems where humanity, alignment, resilience, and trust are integral to leadership and organizational operations. When leadership is crafted this way, people don't have to choose between performance and well-being; both can coexist.
